There are several units for rent at MiraMar Villas. The Villa & Vines unit is number 8, which is the entire second floor of the first building. This unit is 2,880 square feet, with a wrap-around veranda on two sides. There are several other smaller units available at MiraMar; inquire on the contact us page for availability and details on those units.
Our condo features three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms:
The enormous veranda wraps two sides of the condo, and features amazing views of the Caribbean. It has a dining set, living room/chat set, a reading nook outside the master bedroom, and a hammock! The veranda is accessible via the living/dining room area, the common area, and the master bedroom.
MiraMar Villas offers free use of kayaks, pool, palapa/dock, beach games, and our on-site property manager can also provide services for a discounted rate including golf cart rental, fishing and boating excursions, diving packages, and so much more! Nearby restaurants such as Someplace South Cafe Bar, Southern Charm, and Black Orchid are all amazing, and Marin's market is just a walk or short cart-ride away!

MiraMar Villas are located in an amazing area on the south side of Ambergris Caye. You can get here via golf cart or even boat! This is a safe neighborhood, with police watch, and there is easy access to grocery, restaurants, bars, boat dock, and more.
