Welcome to paradise! Miramar Villas are located on the southern part of Ambergris Caye, an island of Belize. The Villas are just 2.5 miles south of downtown San Pedro, in a wonderful neighborhood that is both "off the beaten path" while also safe; easily accessible to bars, restaurants, grocery, and other amenities.
The unit owned by Villa & Vines is Unit 8, which is the entire second floor of the north building. This 2880 sq. ft. condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a huge wrap around veranda. MiraMar Villas opens directly out to the Caribbean Sea, with beautiful view, beach access, a brand new palapa, and dock access (you can even get here by boat if you like)! There is a swimming area and the barrier reef provides protection from high/low tide or waves.
There's nothing like being right on the beach, except maybe an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea! Whether you prefer beach or pool, we have both. The pool has a shallow walk-in end that is perfect for small children or laying out and catching a little sun.
Bringing more than 10 people on your trip? MiraMar Villas offers several additional units for short and long term rentals. Email us for more information and we will do our best to accommodate your large group stay. There are other units at MiraMar available for long-term stays as well.

Crown Property Management is the property management team at Miramar Villas and Hospitality Associates manages Sunset Beach. Both teams provide services such as golf cart rental booking, excursion arrangement and booking, guest greeting, repairs and maintenance, and they can arrange anything else you might need during your stay.
